Returns
You may return any product sold through our store within 30
days for a full refund. (you pay return shipping costs)
Items (esp.
furniture, towers, perches, condos, trees & beds)
must be returned in UNUSED condition, free of
pet hair, catnip, stains, etc.
Email us at
Info@IncredibleCat.com and you will be given a Return
Authorization Number, good for 15 days. Allow 6 weeks for the processing of your credit.
Please keep the original box and protective material for 30
days. Item must be adequately protected for return
shipping.
Cancellations Fees
No cancellations are permitted after shipment has occurred.
At this point, your order may be returned thru the return
policy.
If breakage occurs during shipment, we must be notified
within 2 days. We need all the original packaging and all
packaging contents to file a damage claim and replace your
item or give you a refund.
